Ideal Squad Make up (outfit only)

I was doing some thinking (oh noes!), and since we area a small outfit, maximum longevity/variety is a must. Below is an example-
Medic, 2 - Keeping squad members alive, revivng them aswell
Engineer 2 - Keeping your Sundi, Galaxy, ect. in action
Sniper 1 - Covering the others from different locations, taking out other snipers
MAX 1 (Only use when needed, subsitute the sniper) - When pure brute force is needed
Heavy A. 3 - Taking out those annoying tanks and Sundis
Light A. 4 - First in a base, they can fly through windows and take the enemy out with stealth!
Thoughts, bitchin', or complaints?

I could fill the Role of Sniper/Max/Infiltrator when needed. I can hack terminals and turrets, grab a max suit, etc.
